Featuring fresh ginger, roasted garlic and charred jalapenos, this green tomato jam is a sweet-savory combo that is a must have for your summer pantry.

We look forward to this jam during the first days of summer, when we're too impatient to wait for early mornings that will ripen this summer's tomato harvest.  Summer being what it is, we get a second bounty of green tomatoes in late September when the nights cool down, allowing us to always look forward to the next stretch of summer time.

Storage Instructions

Unopened, our jams can be stored for 1 year at room temperature. Please refrigerate after opening.

Try it like this

As seen on our Viva Fontina sandwich, this jam works great as a condiment on breakfast and lunch sandwiches. It complements creamy and melty cheeses very well and benefits from sharing the plate with something saltier than itself (*think bacon, ham, turkey, fried egg, potatoes, etc..). The jam's balanced and full bodied flavors also work great as a base for dressings and marinades and can be used as a glaze for most cooked proteins.
