When we were starting out as a food tricycle (yes, i said tricycle), we worked in a commissary kitchen with other local food entrepreneurs.  That's when we met the crew behind Big Spoon Roasters!  I still remember clamoring for a spoonful of their nut butters when I was working the 4am shifts making donuts for the farmers marker.  11 years later and both of our businesses are booming!
