When you have something as perfect as ripe in-season blueberries, it’s best to keep things simple and let the ingredients speak for themselves. This jam is down-right spoonable and perfect swirled over yogurt or ice cream or waffles.  We cut the sugar way back and reduced the berries over a low heat until the resulting jam was barely set and abundantly blueberry-y.

Storage Instructions

Unopened, our jams can be stored for 1 year at room temperature. Once opened, please refrigerate.

Try it like this

If I had to pick one jam to mix with yogurt and granola this would be it. If I wanted to impress my houseguests or my picky 2 year old, I would thin this jam out with a touch of pure maple syrup and serve with waffles or pancakes and salted butter.
